A Business Beneficiary Report (BBR) provides detailed ownership structure, when the company was incorporated, the nature of the operations of the business, number of employees, officers, ownership and purpose of insurance, other corporate owned insurance policies in force, etc. The applicant is interviewed along with interviews of other business references, such as company executives, CPA’s, financial officers, bankers and attorneys. Financial statements for the past 2 years is also obtained, and if available, year to date statements. We highlight and analyze financial information, complete ratio and net worth analysis.
